Returns & Exchanges

At Access Denied, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item doesn't fit your space perfectly, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
